1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account and enrol a child. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Children use the Service only under your supervision and account.

2. Our services

PrymeKids provides live, online classes and related learning materials. Class schedules, teachers, and content may change. We aim to deliver every scheduled session but may reschedule or substitute teachers when necessary.

3. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

• Fees, plans, and any reservation payments are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting support.
• Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Disrupt classes, harass teachers or students, or behave inappropriately in sessions.
• Record, copy, or redistribute class content without our written permission.
• Share account access, attempt to breach security, or misuse the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put children's safety at risk.

5. Intellectual property

All PrymeKids content, curriculum, branding, and software are owned by PrymeKids or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your family's learning only.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information for parents and children.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrymeKids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access where required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.
