Data Deletion Instructions

PrymeKids respects your right to control your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you and your children at any time, using either method below.
Option 1 — From your account
- Log in to your PrymeKids parent portal.
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Select Request data deletion and confirm.
We will process your request and confirm by email once complete.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to privacy@prymekids.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the name(s) of any child profiles you would like removed.
Deleting data collected via Facebook Login
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can remove PrymeKids' access at any time:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Select PrymeKids and click Remove.
Removing the app stops future data sharing. To also delete the data we already hold, please submit a deletion request using Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What happens next
- We verify the request comes from the account owner.
- We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
- We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. payment/tax records).
- We email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
